I’ve been serving on and leading church production ministry for over 20 years. What began as a passion for audio grew into a love of all things production.

Here’s what I’ve learned in that time: this world moves fast, and it’s easy to feel behind. Along the way I realized that many churches have volunteers trying their best with tools they barely had time to learn. Been there. I’ve lived it.

That’s why McCray Audio exists.

I want to help churches build production ministries that are healthy; not just functional. That means developing leaders, building healthy systems, and creating a culture that can thrive sustainably; with honest evaluation and practical next steps.

It’s more than a business; it’s the opportunity to combine experiences that shaped my career, my passion for the local church, and the abilities God has blessed me with. It’s a dream I finally get to live out.
