MY STORY
Hi, I’m Randy McCray. McCray Audio is something I’ve been working toward for a long time. With over 20 years in church production, this isn’t just a business — it’s a dream I finally get to live out.
Here’s what I know after two decades in this world: it moves fast. And if you’re not familiar with it, it can feel like you’re always one Sunday behind. New gear, new expectations, volunteers trying their best with tools they barely had time to learn; I’ve seen it, and honestly, I’ve lived it.
That’s what drives me. I want to help churches build production ministries that are actually healthy; not just functional, but sustainable. That means better systems, stronger teams, and a culture that treats technical ministry like what it really is: ministry. Every Sunday, your production team helps carry the service. They deserve to feel equipped and supported.
